How do I provide feedback?

By phone: call 1300 918 994 where our reception team will connect you to the person you need to speak with or take your complaint directly.

By post: send written feedback to our office Building 3 Tenancy 11, 116-120 Coonawarra Road, Winnellie NT 0820

In person: Attend our office and ask to speak to someone in person or you can complete a Complaints and Feedback Form.

What are my rights?

  • You have the right to make a complaint, and we encourage you to ask for information on “lets talk” and by asking for the “Lets talk” USB
  • Anyone, including someone from Challenging Minds can help you make a complaint
  • The information you provide is valuable and will be used to help improve our service
  • You will be treated fairly and this process will not affect ongoing support and any information will assist in helping us follow up and investigate the complaint
